We are a 4th generation family of master jewelers who enjoy living and working in the Great Smoky Mountains. For us, this is not a job or even a career - it's a passion - and our hope is that you see that in everything we do. Here in East Tennessee we have a state of the art jewelry manufacturing studio. Many of our original platinum, gold and sterling silver designs are cherished by clients around the world. Through our extensive travels we also take great pride in bringing you interesting and unique jewelry, diamonds and gemstones from around the world. Since we are the manufacturer and importer, you will find our service, quality and prices to all be outstanding. Our hope is not one sale per customer, our hope is that you will feel comfortable enough to make us your jeweler. In the U.S. - USPS Priority Mail (2 to 5 days) - $6.95
In the U.S. - USPS Express Mail (1 to 2 days) - $14.95
(U.S. Orders over $100 qualify for FREE Priority Mail Shipping)

Return Policy Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all purity cards and original boxes. A copy of the packing list must be included and sent to our return center. A refund of the price, and any applicable taxes, will be issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. A Return Authorization (RA) must be on the outside of the box. Return Authorizations (RA) can be acquired by emailing us at foothills.design.group@gmail.com Any items without an RA clearly marked on the outside of the box will have to be refused.
Instructions
Send the item back with original packaging. Pack the item carefully so it does not get damaged during shipping. Do not forget to include a copy of the packing slip. We will not be able to process your return without it.
